Returns due to transport damage
If you notice any damage to the packaging when the order arrives, refuse the goods.
So that we can claim on the carrier's insurance, please check the goods immediately, as once they have been received we only have a limited time to report hidden damage not noticed at delivery.
Let us know about the issue by email at info@safetykids.es, with photos, so that we can resolve it.
Returns of defective products
If a product reaches you damaged, we will send you a new one, and SafetyKids will cover any extra shipping costs that may arise.
To do so, contact us by email at info@safetykids.es as soon as possible, clearly explaining the problem and attaching a photo of the damaged product.
We will not accept any exchange or return unless you have contacted us beforehand to let us know.
Returns of incorrect products
If one or more of the products received do not match your order, SafetyKids will collect the incorrect product from the address provided and deliver the correct one at no extra cost, provided the product has not been used, altered or tampered with and the original packaging is in perfect condition.
To do so, contact us by email at info@safetykids.es within a maximum of 7 working days of receiving the order. We will not accept any exchange or return unless you have contacted us beforehand to let us know.
Returns of defective products
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 7 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement sent to info@safetykids.es, including the following details:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods:
- Order no. (reference):
- Date the order was received and invoice no.:
- Customer name and address:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of this right before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery and collection other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and checked their condition.
You must send back or hand over the goods to the address we give you once we have received your decision to withdraw from the contract, without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Returns of made-to-measure or custom-ordered items will not be accepted.
SafetyKids reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent outside the stated deadlines, or items that are not in the same condition in which the customer received them.
SafetyKids reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if the product is considered to have lost value (for example: the item is not returned in its original packaging, the packaging is in poor condition or parts are missing).
