Warranty policy

Warranty and exclusions.

We guarantee SafetyKids removable fences to our customers against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

SafetyKids does NOT guarantee the fence and its components in cases such as:

• Incorrect use, or using the components for any purpose other than protecting the pool.
• Exceptional weather events.
• Installation.
• Damage caused by objects hitting the fence, such as garden furniture, tools, trees, etc.

In the event of a fault, SafetyKids will check that it is a product defect, after which the corresponding repair or replacement will be carried out. If the damage is found to be intentional or caused by improper use, this warranty will not apply.
